The former additive four-phase roadmap was archived because its Fully/Partial/Absent tables predated the engine-gate audit and repeatedly became stale as implementation advanced.
Current sources of truth:
Historical document: pre-engine-gates completion roadmap.
Do not add current completion claims to the archived document. Update runtime
truth through scripts/generate_hellenistic_inventory.py and record gate
decisions in the current engine-gate roadmap.
