Hellenistic Offices Admission

Verdict: admit only a fail-closed predominator hunt. Never call find_hyleg or calculate_longevity.

Object

Hellenistic offices: predominator (epikratētōr), house-master (oikodespotēs). Ties fail closed and preserve candidates.

Not this object

• Bonatti Hyleg / Alcocoden / Ptolemaic years (moira/longevity.py)
• Schmidt “captain of the ship” wizard as default doctrine
• A scored hybrid of Ptolemy III, Valens III, and Dorotheus

If the packet cannot pick one hunt without a scored hybrid, the office is not_evaluable with candidates preserved.
